Braves Lose All-Star Game under Saturn-Uranus Square

The Saturn-Uranus square, which is contributing much to the current discourse of racial equity, delivered a slap to the face of the Atlanta Braves as the 2021 All-Star Game was taken from them. Atlanta had been awarded to host this year’s All-Star Game, but that honor was removed by Major League Baseball as a response to the laws passed by the Georgia legislature limiting voters access, legislation considered by many as a racist reaction to the surge or African-American voters in the state.

The decision by the League was made on April 2 as Saturn, in transit at 11 degrees Aquarius, was conjunct the Braves Ascendant and Uranus at 9 degrees Taurus was square to the Braves Ascendant. In addition, Mars at 17 degrees Gemini was conjunct the Braves Fourth House Jupiter. Planets in the Fourth House correspond to stadiums and the home city. Mars brought malefic energy to the Braves Fourth House, which had stood to showcase their new stadium and bring a good amount of money to the local economy.
