Chiefs’ New Stadium approved on Neptune Square

On December 22, 2025, Kansas lawmakers approved funding of $3 billion for a stadium complex that would house the Chiefs and move them from the state of Missouri to the state of Kansas. The vote occurred as the Sun at 1 Capricorn was conjunct the Chiefs Moon and Saturn conjunction of 0 Capricorn. (The Moon rules stadiums and home cities.) 

Transits for the vote are not auspicious as Neptune at 29 Pisces and Saturn at 25 Pisces are both Square to the Sun at 1 Capricorn. These squares indicate obstacles (Saturn) and deceit (Neptune.) Also, the vote occurred just hours after the Chiefs were eliminated from playoff contention for the 2025 season, under the same difficult Neptune and Saturn transits.
