Transits to Watch in Rays Yankees Series

The Division Series between the Yankees and Rays will be influenced by the sextile of Neptune in Pisces to Jupiter in Capricorn; the square of Mars in Aries to Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn; and the opposition of Mercury in Scorpio to Uranus in Taurus.

Neptune has been exactly conjunct to the Rays Sun in Pisces, greatly helping them this season. Planets in Pisces receive the energy of Neptune well. As Neptune and Pisces rule the first baseman, watch the play of first basemen Ji Man Choi and Nate Lowe. The Rays natal Neptune of 24 degrees Capricorn is also receiving the Mars-Saturn square as a conjunction from Saturn and a square from Mars, the planet that near to an exact conjunction to their MC of 25 degrees Aries. Neptune is a key planet for the Rays since it is the depositor of their Pisces’ Sun.

The Rays South Node of 8 degrees Taurus is receiving a conjunction from Uranus, while their Venus of 8 degrees Aquarius is recieving Uranus as a square aspect.

In this series, the Yankees will enjoy Mars in Aries as a trine to their natal Mars of 26 Leo and their Ascendant of 25 Sagitarrius. Their Pluto of 17 Gemini, MC of 18 Libra, and IC of 18 Aries will recieve the energy of the sextile between Neptune and Jupiter. Expect good performances from shortstop Gleybur Torres and DH Giancarlo Stanton as Mars rules shortstops and the sign of Sagitarrius rules DHs.

Three planets will be at the 9th degree of signs for Game Two: Uranus at 9 degrees Taurus, the Moon at 9 degrees, 30 minutes Gemini, and Mercury at 9 degrees, 2 minutes Scorpio. These will loosely aspec the Rays lunar nodes and Venus, which are at 8 degrees of fixed signs. These planets at 9 degrees will also be in aspect to the Mars-Saturn square near 24 degrees of Aries and Capricorn. The Yankees have no planets in the 8th or 9th degree of signs but they have their Ascendant and Mars in 25 degrees of Sagitarrius and Leo, which may hold their energy as minor aspects. In Game Two, the Sun at 14 degrees Libra will form sextiles to the Rays’ Mars of 14 Leo and Jupiter of 14 Sagitarrius. The Sun will also be sextile to the Yankees Jupiter of 15 Sagitarrius and Sun of 15 Leo.

In Game Three, the Moon approaches a conjunction to the Rays’ natal Moon of 23 Gemini. As the game progresses, the Moon will come into one degree of an exact conjunction to the Rays Moon. Expect something dramatic from the Rays catcher as the Moon rules catchers. The Sun at 15 Libra will sextile the Yankees Jupiter at 15 Sagittarius and their Moon of 15 Leo. The Sun will also sextile the Rays’ Moon of 15 Leo and quincunx their Saturn of 15 Pisces.

In Game Four, the Sun at 16 Libra remains sextile to the Yankees Jupiter and Moon. It will be out of orb for aspects to the Rays Mars and Jupiter, but it will quincunx the Rays’ Saturn. The Moon in Cancer will have just cleared an opposition to the Yankees Saturn in Capricorn.

Game Five is scheduled to be played with the Moon at 16 Cancer in square to the Sun at 17 Libra. This is a very strong aspect. The Moon at the start of the game will be trine the midpoint between the Rays’ Sun and Saturn in Pisces. The Sun at 17 degrees Libra is barely outside of a one degree orb for a conjunction with the Yankees MC. Were it within one degree of orb, this aspect would highly favor the Yankees to advance as the MC is a point of high acheivement.
